Katy is a Partner at Naylors Gavin Black, where she has built a reputation for her expert management of commercial properties and strategic approach to property services. Joining the firm in 2017 as a Senior Surveyor, Katy has quickly risen through the ranks, thanks to her deep industry knowledge, dedication, and exceptional client relationships. Today, she is a trusted advisor to a broad portfolio of clients, many of whom rely on her strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, which enable her to anticipate and resolve potential issues before they arise, ensuring seamless property management. 

With over a decade of experience, Katy has previously worked with LSH and Capita Property & Infrastructure in a variety of roles, including industrial, office and retail agency, lease advisory, and property management. Her diverse experience allows her to approach property management with a multifaceted perspective, ensuring her clients receive tailored, effective solutions.

A graduate of Northumbria University, Katy became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2011. Her leadership extends beyond the office as the current Chair of the CBI Future Leaders, where she is committed to shaping the future of business leadership and driving positive change within the sector.
