Chris Pearson started his property career as a central London office agent with De Groot Collis, who merged with Chesterton. He became a West End office agency director before moving to Newcastle, where he held a senior post of Regional Director, with responsibility for offices in Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle. Chris joined Gavin Black & Partners as a Partner in 2004, which merged with Naylors and became Naylors Gavin Black in 2019.
He works with various private investor clients advising on their commercial property portfolios as well as many public and private sector organisations with the emphasis on the acquisition, sale and letting of commercial property.
Chris is also an acknowledged office agency specialist, responsible for a number of prime instructions in Newcastle including Trinity Gardens and Stockbridge House for Abrdn and 2 St James’ Gate for Palace Capital. He is also working on many high-profile projects out-of-town, including the refurbishment of Cobalt One at Cobalt Business Park, together with various instructions at Quorum Business Park.
He is a Trustee of Newcastle Cathedral Trust.
His main hobby outside of the office is open-water swimming with recent challenges completed including swimming the channel, Coniston End to End and the Thames Marathon. For his sins, he is a Bradford City season ticket holder.
