Jessica Ross

Jessica Ross joined Naylors Gavin Black (formerly Naylors) in July 2016 working as part of the Office Agency team.  She previously worked within the Investment team at Northumberland development company Arch, where she acquired a range of properties for their portfolio.  Prior to this, she worked for Knight Frank where she qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014, working mainly within the Valuation department, with time also spent in the Agency team.

At Naylors Gavin Black, Jessica Head of Office Agency and is responsible for advising clients on the disposal and acquisition of offices across the North East.  Jessica is currently working on high profile instructions such as Airview Park at Newcastle Airport and The Beam in Sunderland, as well as working for a range of clients in the City Centre and Out of Town across the region.  Jessica is also an Assessor on the panel for RICS APC interviews.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family on their farm as well as socialising with friends.
