Major new contract win for Property Management

Our Management team has recently secured a contract to provide outsourced Property Management advice to Luxury Leisure, a National Amusement Centre operator trading predominantly under the name of Nobles Amusements. The instruction includes the provision of general consultancy advice on all aspects of the operational portfolio including; rent reviews and lease renewals, rating, Building Consultancy and day to day operational issues.
The portfolio extends to 86 shops which are located throughout the UK from Motherwell in Scotland to Exeter in the South.
