Naylors appointed as agents on vacant accommodation at Newburn Riverside

Naylors’ Industrial Agency department has been instructed to market two vacant industrial units at The Waterfront, Newburn Riverside on behalf of new owners, Kames Captial.
Kames Capital acquired the estate from UK Land Estates last year as a strategic investment in the North East.
The two vacant units provide 3,049 sq ft and 22,238 sq ft of high quality industrial/warehouse space within an established business park environment.
Newburn Riverside is a prime commercial location on the north bank of the River Tyne extending to over 22 acres. It was built between 2002 and 2006 as part of a regeneration programme from former RDA One North East. The area benefited from a £46m investment in reclamation and infrastructure and now forms a high quality business park.

Naylors’ Office Agency team has also been instructed to market the vacant office space with The Quadrant and Riverside House. Other occupiers on the estate include BAE, Stannah, NHS and Macfarlane Packaging.
