Naylors represent North East at PAI event in London
November 2015
Our team of Directors recently attended the PAI (Property Agents Independent) annual cocktail party, held at the prestigious Royal Automobile Club in London.
The event was attended by over 250 representatives from member companies and their clients. Naylors represents the North East for PAI, which allows us to network with other independent property firms and gain work outside our usual geographical area.
Angus White, managing director commented: ‘We have been the North East representative for PAI for seven years now. The 25-strong PAI network of commercial property firms exists to provide the clients of members with in depth advice from a local specialist anywhere in the UK, and this often results in work being referred between the respective members. For example, any PAI member who is asked to carry out work in the North East can refer it to us and vice versa, ensuring that all our respective clients receive the best possible service wherever in the country they might need it.
PAI is a network of individual commercial surveying practices spread throughout the UK, offering local advice to a broad range of clients. The organisation, which has been in existence for 50 years, supports over 350 Chartered Surveyors with in excess of 5,000 years of experience, including some of the leading experts in property consultancy that the UK has to offer.
