Property Management team all set to offer Company Secretarial services

Naylors is delighted to announce that as part of the recent restructure of the Management team, we have now set up a Company Secretarial Department
Karla Sweeney, who has been part of the Property Management team for over 5 years and looks after client financial reporting, has worked in her own time to gain a qualification through the Chartered Secretaries Qualifying scheme.
Head of department, Angus White said: “Karla’s commitment and dedication has been rewarded and we are keen to make full use of her qualification. We are now able to take on more Company Secretarial roles for property management clients to help with the burden of filing annual returns and organising AGMs.”
