Our Property Management team is central to all service lines we offer to you.  It is our largest department and comprises RICS qualified Property Managers and IWFM accredited Facilities Managers, tenant support services and a dedicated management accounts team - all located under one roof.

We are regulated by the RICS and we comply with Practice Statement 'Service Charges in Commercial Property'.

Every property is different, which is why we offer a flexible property management service, focused on strong tenant engagement.

We work across all types of commercial assets throughout the UK.  Using our extensive experience and expertise we will work with you to solve complex problems and develop bespoke solutions, providing guaranteed best-value on our services.

For each property we manage, you receive a quarterly finance report detailing income and expenditure, a monthly tenancy report with an overview of lease events including any issues affecting the tenants and tenancies and a monthly facilities management note with a record of site visits and compliance dates, ensuring certification is in place.

Our expertise in running RICS Compliant service charge means we can advise occupiers on their service charge costs, offering a consultancy service to review and report on your charges.

Having access to your occupational lease/s and service charge budget, we can extract the obligations within your lease to review those charges raised.

We use relevant floor areas to review the Class Headings, providing a rate per square foot enabling us to benchmark against comparable buildings.

We are able to review reconciliations and identify any accruals of future funding for any planned capital works and comment on any sinking fund provisions.

This provides peace of mind that you contribute only to the services from which you benefit.
